Effective Monday, August 16, 2021
In accordance with revised Orange County and CDC guidance, Walden Savings Bank employees will wear a mask while indoors regardless of vaccination status.
What to know
WSB employees will wear masks indoors regardless of their vaccination status.
Branch guests who are vaccinated may choose to wear a mask or not but, are encouraged to do so in conjunction with updated guidance from Orange County and the CDC.
Branch visitors who are not vaccinated will wear masks when within any WSB location.
Those customers wearing a face covering may still be asked to briefly remove it to be identified during their visit.
Branch Lobby Access
Full lobby access remains available at all branch locations. While not required, those customers who wish to make an appointment for branch services or to meet with a banker may do so by utilizing the new "Schedule An Appointment" feature now available here on our website.
Expanded Drive- Thru Service
Many customers have enjoyed taking advantage of the additional services offered at our branch drive up windows. We are happy to continue offering this option for those customers who prefer to do their banking from the comfort of their vehicle.

- Coin/ Currency Exchange
- Bank Checks and Money Orders

In addition, our Contact Center, support departments, ATMs and all other digital services remain available.
