COVID-19 Coronavirus Updates
Effective Wednesday, May 19, 2021
In conjunction with New York State's adoption of the latest CDC guidelines around social distancing and mask usage, fully vaccinated individuals will no longer be required to wear a mask in most settings.
What to know
This update will be effective Wednesday, May 19th and applies to Walden Savings Bank customers, employees and other guests who enter any of our locations.
All visitors who are fully vaccinated, will now have the option to enter our locations with or without a mask or face covering.
This change will apply to Walden Savings Bank employees as well.
WSB employees who are fully vaccinated are now permitted to work with or without a mask or face covering at their discretion.
Those customers wearing a face covering may still be asked to briefly remove it to be identified during their visit.

Branch Lobby Access
Full lobby access remains available at all branch locations. While not required, those customers who wish to make an appointment for branch services or to meet with a banker may do so by utilizing the new "Schedule An Appointment" feature now available here on our website.
Expanded Drive- Thru Service
Many customers have enjoyed taking advantage of the additional services offered at our branch drive up windows. We are happy to continue offering this option for those customers who prefer to do their banking from the comfort of their vehicle.
These services include:
- Instant Issue Debit Cards
- Notary Services
- New Account Opening
- Coin/ Currency Exchange
- Bank Checks and Money Orders
- and more....
In addition, our Contact Center, support departments, ATMs and all other digital services remain available.
