Branch Lobby Access

Beginning Tuesday, January 4, 2022 branch transactions at all Walden Savings Bank locations will be limited to our Drive-Thru lanes only.  For customers requiring access to their safe deposit box, self-service coin machines or other in-branch services, we ask that you please make an appointment prior to visiting the branch. Appointments may be made by contacting your local branch office or by using the online scheduling tool available here on the Walden Savings Bank website. 

As we anticipate more usage of our branch Drive-Thru lanes and other channels, we appreciate your understanding and patience should you encounter longer than usual wait times.

Indoor Mask Requirement

Customers entering Walden Savings Bank offices with a scheduled appointment will need to wear a mask  regardless of vaccination status, in accordance with the New York State mandate issued on December 13, 2021. Please be advised that we may ask you to briefly remove your mask to be identified whether at a Drive -Thru or within a branch lobby.

While this change is in place, customers may take advantage of expanded services available at our branch drive-thru lanes. This includes:
