Are Walden Savings Bank branches open?
Many customers have enjoyed taking advantage of the additional services offered at our branch drive up windows. We are happy to continue offering this option for those customers who prefer to do their banking from the comfort of their vehicle.

How else can I do my banking?
Banking remotely from your home or business is easier than ever. Account access is available via the Walden Savings Bank Mobile App, Online Banking and Telephone Banking. All support areas along with our Contact Center are available as well. Typically, we are able to conduct all branch services through our branch up lanes as well.

I need to open an account, how can I do that?
Accounts may be opened in person at all branch locations. We encourage you to take advantage of online account opening available on our website as well. We’re also happy to assist you over the phone to assist with the process.
Are you changing the hours the bank is open?
Not this time. We are currently operating within our normal business hours.
Are ATMs Available?
Yes, all of our ATMs are still available for your convenience. We are also part of the Allpoint Network which gives you access to over 55,000 free ATMs.
I’m an individual or business that is facing financial difficulties, can Walden Savings Bank assist?
We understand that this unprecedented event has resulted in disruptions for many individuals and businesses within our community. We can also assist with waiving fees related to overdrafts, account service charges, wires and penalties for CD withdrawals if you’re facing a financial hardship.

What if I need more access to my accounts or online services than is typically available?
