You’ll enjoy all of the same great features you’ve come to love in addition to new functionality including:

- More self service functions including self-enrollment.
- Real time access to your account information 24/7.
- Enhanced security protocols to keep your account information safe.
What You Need To Know
You’ll continue to access our telephone banking as you have in the past.
Simply call us at 845-457-7700, option #2 to access the telephone banking system.
Effective July 27, 2021 you’ll need to enroll during your first call to the new telephone banking system. To do so simply follow the prompts and be sure to have the information below on hand.
- Your Walden Savings Bank Account Number
- Social Security Number
- Date of Birth
To complete the process you’ll be asked to select a new six digit pin number. Please be sure to keep this in a safe place as you’ll use this to access the system going forward.
