EXPERIENCED BANKING PROFESSIONAL LEONEL SORIANO JOINS WALDEN SAVINGS BANK AS CIRCLEVILLE BRANCH MANAGER

Walden Savings Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Leonel Soriano as the new Branch Manager of its Circleville location. With over 13 years of experience in retail banking, leadership, and community engagement, Soriano brings a wealth of expertise to the role and is committed to providing exceptional service and support to the Bank's growing customer base.
Soriano brings extensive experience in retail banking, operations, and employee development. Most recently, Soriano served as Branch Manager, overseeing branch personnel, driving performance, and leading community outreach efforts to support growth. Throughout his career, Soriano has held various leadership roles, including Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Supervisor, and Financial Service Representatives for other financial institutions in the Hudson Valley.

Soriano’s leadership experience includes managing branch operations, meeting business goals, and ensuring operational efficiency. He was recognized with the 2019 Rising Stars Award for excellence in leadership and has demonstrated an ability to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. Soriano also has a strong commitment to employee development and helping teams reach their full potential.

Soriano holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Le Moyne College. A longtime Orange County resident, he has been actively involved in local organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors for Leadership Orange and as a Board Member for Vision Hudson Valley.
