WALDEN SAVINGS BANK PROMOTES ANA TRANCHINA TO COMMUNITY MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR

Walden Savings Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Ana Tranchina from Mortgage Loan Consultant to Community Mortgage Loan Originator. Tranchina, who has been an integral part of the Bank’s mortgage team since 2013, is expanding her role to further deepen her outreach efforts with local nonprofits and community-based affordable housing organizations. Her promotion underscores the Bank’s dedication to helping residents navigate the home financing process with a focus on education and accessibility.
With over 33 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Tranchina’s new title reflects her commitment to making homeownership a reality for everyone. As Community Mortgage Loan Originator, Tranchina will continue to provide expert guidance to individuals seeking home purchases, refinancing, or construction loans. She will assist borrowers in selecting the most cost-effective mortgage products to meet their specific needs while ensuring a smooth financing experience from application to closing.
"I am honored to step into this expanded role as Community Mortgage Loan Originator. It’s a privilege to work alongside so many local nonprofits and organizations that make a real difference in our community,” Tranchina said. “My goal is to ensure that everyone, regardless of background, has access to the resources and education they need to achieve homeownership."
Tranchina has lived, worked, and raised her family in Orange County. She has an extensive knowledge of the local housing market and a long-standing commitment to helping borrowers.
“Ana has been an invaluable member of our team for over a decade, and her promotion is a reflection of her exceptional commitment to our community,” said Walden Savings Bank’s President and CEO Derrik Wynkoop. “Ana’s dedication to helping people achieve their homeownership dreams is evident in everything she does, and we are excited to see her continue to positively impact the people we serve.”
As a bilingual professional, Tranchina offers personalized assistance to the Hispanic population, ensuring that language barriers do not stand in the way of achieving homeownership. Her ability to connect with diverse communities further strengthens her capacity to serve the people of the Hudson Valley.
