 Update to Branch Lobby Service

As we continue to closely monitor trends related to the COVID-19 Coronavirus in the Hudson Valley, we'd like to take a moment to share some additional information along with steps that we are taking to keep our employees, customers and community safe.

Beginning Wednesday, December 9, 2020  branch transactions at all Walden Savings Bank locations will be limited to our Drive-Thru lanes only.  As we anticipate more usage of our branch Drive-Thru lanes and other channels, we appreciate your understanding and patience should you encounter longer than usual wait times. For customers requiring access to their safe deposit box, self service coin machines or other in-branch services, we ask that you please make an appointment prior to visiting the branch. Appointments may be made by contacting your local branch office or by completing a request online to schedule your visit.


With each of our 11 branch locations offering Drive-Thru service, we’ll have 27 lanes available and ready to assist you. While this measure is in place, be assured that our Contact Center, support departments, ATMs and all other digital services will remain available. We're also expanding the services offered at our branch Drive-Thru lanes to make banking from the comfort of your own vehicle more convenient than ever. This includes: 

  • Instant Issue Debit Cards
  • Notary Services 
  • New Account Opening
  • Coin/ Currency Exchange 
  • Bank Checks and Money Orders
  • and more....
