Just about anyone can acquire a "dot com" website address. So basically, online criminals can create 'spoof' websites and email addresses that can fool people into giving away personal information.

A few years ago an alliance of banks, insurance companies and financial services trade associations came together to create the "dot Bank" URL. These URLs are only available to these organizations and require an extensive verification prior to purchase.

We are pleased to be one of the first banks in the Hudson Valley to make the move to this new secure domain.

Will WaldenSavingsBank.com still work?
Yes, the current address will still work but visitors to the old website will automatically be redirected to the new domain and website. If you do have the old site address in your Favorites or Bookmarks, please update to WaldenSavings.BANK for your own convenience.

Does the move to "dot Bank" change my online Banking login?
