Why are hours being updated?

As the adoption of online/ mobile banking increases, the frequency for needing to visit a branch has changed. We want to ensure that branch hours are best aligned with these new patterns.  This includes adding phone support through our Contact Center that will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What will the new branch hours be?

The chart below reflects the updated Branch hours effective Monday, February 5, 2024.

A select group of branches will be open from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm on Saturdays. These branches will be: Scott's Corners, Gardiner, Pine Bush, Washingtonville, New Windsor and Florida.

Customers who typically use branches in Cornwall, Middlehope, Walden, Circleville and the Village of Montgomery on Saturdays will be directed to one of the open branches now with extended hours until 1:00 pm.

Can I make arrangements to come into the branch during drive up only periods?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate customers who may need assistance before or after our scheduled lobby hours. We ask that you make an appointment directly with your branch or utilize the online appointment scheduling tool available here on the Walden Savings Bank website. 

What services are available when branches are not open?

Also beginning February 5, 2024, live Contact Center support will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Contact Center agents will be able to assist with support around the WSB mobile app and online banking and can provide direction on accessing other banking services as needed.
