  2. If you have forgotten your User ID, please contact customer support via email at [email protected] or by phone at (845) 457-7700.
  3. If you have forgotten your password, please enter your User ID on the Walden Savings Bank homepage. When prompted for a password, click on the "Forgot my password" link.
