With ongoing news around the presence of the Covid-19 Coronavirus in New York State, we’d like to take a moment to assure our customers and community that the Walden Savings Bank team has already begun to take action to address this situation, in addition to having planned responses should additional measures be called for.
Beginning Thursday, March 19, 2020 branch transactions at all Walden Savings Bank locations will be limited to our Drive-Thru lanes only.
This includes the Washingtonville Branch, that resumed operations on Friday, March 20, 2020. With each of our 11 branch locations offering Drive-Thru service, we’ll have 27 lanes available and ready to assist you. While this measure is in place, be assured that our Contact Center, support departments, ATMs and all other digital services will remain available. Should you require access to your safe deposit box, we ask that you please make an appointment prior to visiting the branch. Other services may be performed remotely or via the Drive-Thru. Please contact your local branch office or our Contact Center to schedule your appointment.
